 Training Workshop
OSHA Injury and Illness Recordkeeping Requirements
September 15, 2010
12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This half-day training program will focus on the OSHA
recordkeeping rules and the latest recordkeeping interpretations. An
analysis of scenarios that illustrate the application of the
recordkeeping regulations will be included. The seminar is ideal as an
introduction for those new to OSHA recordkeeping or as a refresher for
those who are responsible for a company’s recordkeeping. Safety and
health managers, company record keepers, terminal managers, and human
resource professionals are encouraged to attend. The course will be led
by Neil Wasser of Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP, a law firm that
specializes in labor and employment matters. The cost for the workshop
is $250 and includes lunch and an evening networking reception.

ILTA terminal members. There is no charge to attend. A final agenda
will be made available by mid-August. The training workshop,
subcommittee meetings and the EH&S committee meeting will take place at
the Chicago Marriott Downtown on Magnificent Mile. |

rooms available. However, ILTA does not have a negotiated rate with
