On January
10, EPA published the final Gasoline Distribution Area Source rule. This
rule applies to any existing or new gasoline distribution or dispensing
facility that is an area source of hazardous air pollutants. A roundtable
discussion, moderated by Peter Weaver, Director of Regulatory Compliance
and Safety with ILTA, will help conference attendees better understand how
the rule could affect the operation of their companies. Roundtable
participants include the following members of ILTA’s Air Issues Working
Group: Garrett Clemons, Transmontaigne Product Services Inc.; Bill Lee,
